You could also consider going through the temp-perm route and register for cover work in schools to try and establish yourself and make a good impression on potential employers.
Whilst we can find you work without a formal Teaching Assistant qualification, holding one could boost your CV and lead to more opportunities. We can offer you a range of formal and recognised Teaching Assistant qualifications through our sister company, LXP Skills.
Sometimes schools will request cover for a Level 2, 3 or 4 TA/ HLTA, and you could apply for permanent roles where the schools have requested a qualified TA.
